What is your technology?

The eco-friendly HydroFLOW water conditioners are powered by the patented Hydropath technology. The devices induce an electric signal of ±150kHz into the liquid inside the pipe on which they are installed. The electric induction is performed by a transducer connected to a ring of ferrites. Compared to other water conditioning technologies, Hydropath technology is many times more efficient and effective.

What are the benefits to implementing your technology?
Struvite scale in a wastewater treatment system can lead to great inefficiency within the plant or operation due to clogging of the pipes, pumps, and equipment.  Solutions include mechanical and chemical cleaning, which require significant downtime. A chemical-free method of removing and preventing struvite has been developed and tested successfully. This innovative method can also potentially lower polymer use in the dewatering stage and assist in producing drier cake. Payback periods can vary between six to 36 months.

Has the technology been tested, demonstrated, or implemented anywhere to date?
The technology has been implemented in multiple locations across the U.S., with this said, the technology still needs to be researched and optimized further, prior to being broadly adapted into the wastewater sector.
